Siemens salt, Atecs sold in September
Salt Siemens (+2.86%) in the wake of the sale of Atecs, the industrial group Mannesmann by Vodafone Airtouch. Vodafone said today that the sale will take place in two tranches of 50% of the capital. With Bosch Siemens will buy the first part of Atecs for 3.1 billion euros in September. Atecs was evaluated for 9.6 billion euros.
