Seat-De Agostini launch venture capital fund
Seat Capital Investments (Seat Pagine Gialle) and De Agostini Holding have formed the venture capital fund Wisequity, with a budget of 150 million euros. When fully operational the fund will collect about 70% by the two industrial partners and the remainder will come from financial partners. Wisequity, under Dutch law, will fund new initiatives in high-tech focus on euro area. The fund will be managed by a specialist in venture capital, private-equity firm, in the selection process, and with local advisor (for Italy trio Ventures Ltd.).
