RWE puts his hands on Highland Energy Holdings
The German multi-utility RWE has announced that it has acquired the English Highland Energy Holdings, the English company specializing in the gas sector. Operation, which were not disclosed financial details, which will enable RWE to have closed to the market in the North Sea. RWE in this way continues the process of expanding its activities in the gas sector, as confirmed by its director general Diertmar Kuhnt. The German title today at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange marked a rise of 0.72%, passing from hand to 41.70 euros.
